Sometimes, you may experience a tingling sensation and it is quiet a common reaction to using magnesium sprays as it is a sigh the body's cellular magnesium levels are low.

The tingling sensation is caused by the magnesium being rapidly absorbed into the skin.

To Use: Spray around 4-5 Sprays onto legs, shoulders, back and anywhere that is sore and gently massage in.
